Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc. (BTF), a world leader in offroad vehicles and parts fabrication, announces that its founder and current vice president Dan DuBose is retiring from the company. Dan DuBose, a long time personality in the off-road community is leaving BTF to seek a simpler lifestyle with his family back in Dothan, Alabama.
On Friday September 25, 2009 Jason Carner purchased the remaining shares of Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc. from Dan DuBose. In late 2007, Jason purchased the majority share of BTF, at which time he became President of the company. Since then, Jason has been running day to day operations and will continue to run the company and drive the BTF brand to new heights. Regarding Dan's departure, Jason said, "We hope Dan has great success and enjoys the time with his family back in Dothan. BTF has become a leader in the off-road industry through innovative products and will continue along that path".
