Dana 35 axle seals

So my passenger side brake is pouring gear oil on my zj

I'm assuming the outter axle seal is roasted

I've looked it up and it seems pretty straight forward, my question is..

Replace both sides?
Anything else a smart idea to replace or look at while I'm in there?

If the other side is bone dry, I'd leave it, but if it's damp/moist & collecting brake dust around the seal replace it too. It does only take a few more seconds to take apart once in there, Your call really....

The seals are like 3.99$ probably smart just to do em both

Truck has 230k on it lol
