nope.. no special tool to get the seals out... there are a few ways to do it...
one is with something like a pry bar.. stick it in the seal area and use it to pry out the seal.. may have to tap with a hammer (the prybar that is)
the other way is to use a long wooden dowel (like a closet rod) and just insert from the wheel side to the seal at the opposite end and tap away...
works pretty well actually, it is usually how I get them out, quick and simple.
