I've got a chevy 8 lug dana 44 that has auto hubs...
I have a pair of mile marker locking hubs that were given to me... Thanks Dustin...
I just pulled the auto hub off the drivers side and there is no small snap ring and the big ring is different than normal...
I called cascade offroad and asked if they carry the snap rings and he told me I need a conversion kit...
I asked what was in the kit and he said that it has the snap rings and different spindle nuts... The kit is for both sides and costs $65...
Looking at the spindle nuts that are on the axle right now, it looks not different than any other that I've seen...
Why would I need to change spindle nuts??? And where can I get just the snap rings???
