Ok, need some opinions from the dana 60 crowd???? i have a 60 out of a 72 ford f-250 that i want to put in my F-toy...can you get 35 spline axles in this rear after changing the carrier and putting a detroit in it? and wheres a good place to get 35 spline axles for a full floater???

You most likely need to get the spindles bored out to accept 35 spline shafts. Randys ring and pinion has 35 spline full floaters in stock that hold up well.

I have the same rear end and I had to bore out the spindles to fit 35 spline.

99.9% of the rear D60's out there will need to bored.

Are you wanting to narrow at all??? I have a set of big spindles off a D61 I'd like to get ride of. Or you could use 14B spindles.

IIRC, Randy's has cut-to-fit 35-spline rear shafts that are pretty reasonable.
