Did I mention how excited I am about this BMX track trip tonight??

I havent ridden on a BMX track since I was around HB's age. And here we are about to head out to one and ride together. Who would have thought Id be riding a BMX track with my daughter one day ! Its kinda blowing my mind and really getting me pumped up though ! I hope I dont kill myself, but Im excited to push my person and see if I can still hang around a real track. I even emailed the track director about thier racing schedule and all that just out of curiousity. If HB takes to it , this would be something her and I could do and it wouldnt hurt at all for keeping an old bastard like myself in half ass shape either !

Anyone else remember those days back when you were a little punk racing around all over town on your Huffy and setting up jumps with a board and whatever was laying around ! laughing1 I was serious about some bicycle riding when I was a lil fella !

I haven't been on that BMX track in years. I used to hit it like twice a month when I was younger. I was all about some biking. I need to get back at it, I've lost my nerve though.

FUGGIN badass.... I still got a lil speed too , Id love to run the old geezer class race next Saturday, and HB wants to race too. We had a damn good time. I didnt fall at all either so you guys ! One of the guys that runs the track or something even commented that I need to come race with them ( probably so he could smoke my ass... ) but it was cool as ****. I'll be back next Saturday regardless of if we race or not. Im so outta shape its sad, I got spaghetti legs after that mess laughing1

I spied my old Pro Thunder bike in the weeds at my dad's place awhile back.

I'd like to drag it out and get it operational for my son.
