Dieing carb on decents Q

Now that I have been talked out of a Weber I think I will deal with my stock pile of carb on my 20R. I might have found the fuel eating problem, but the problem with it dieing on decents still lives. It also idles higher on inclines also.

What do I need to do with the float to help correct the dieing decent problem?:beer:

I knew someone was going to say that. YES, that has been another thought I have been tossing around. But for right now I need to get it running with what I have if possable.
