well, I guess. when my boss (and company owner) and I get drunk I'll tell him where I think he ****s up and how much of an asshole he is. He then tells me what I'm doing wrong and right in my business endeavor. then we drink some more. he doesn't tell me much about how I work, just tells me where to go and I do my thing. TON of autonomy in my job. Its actually ****ing great. I could use more money, but whatever. 3 times now he has dropped $1 or $2 on me without asking or saying anything. Not even a mention or **** beforehand. the $2 one was the deal where I had like 55 hours and opened my check and went......this is way too much, they forgot to take out taxes laughing1
