Has anybody heard of a modification to the dodge headlamp switch for the cargo lamp? It drives me crazy when I wanna see in the bed of the truck I have to have the dome lamps on.

Isn't that just dumb and even worse since I have the factory smoked rear window. I really don't want another switch and thought I read someplace how to modify the factory switch a few years back but damned if I can find anything on it now.

I remember reading something like it too. I agree you with mike going through the wiring to put a switch in it sounds blah....

I did try to swap the dome/cargo lamp feed--that didn't work
