As the title says, what would cause a low speed oscillation in the steering wheel
of a Dodge Dakota(completely stock). The truck belongs to my brother. He is in Alaska working a job that should be completed sometime later this year. His truck is at my ho0use and I would like to have this fixed for him before he gets back. So the tire were rotated from the front to the back. The disk were replaced along with the pads. While I had it up on the stands I check for loose joints, none found. Its a 2002(I think) with 50K on the odometer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
