Doubler debait, got a 205 is it better to mate it to a 203 or 241

I like the 241 kit because its shorter by an inch and a half and has a 2.7 low range giving my dad three speeds, but I didnt know if this alum case would hold up. He has a buggy on 40in stickies with a camed and tuned 6.0 going into it. I have done this kit in the past but not in a rig like this..

If I was going to run a 205 doubler setup I'd opt for the magnum box from ORD. It's more money but seems to solve several problems with a traditional double setup (length, size, weight).
