My warn hubs are in need of some love and i think I'm going to replace them with some drive flanges.

Any brands to stay away from ?

Any brands preferred ?

I got them yukons. You know who Hooked it up. I actually had to ask him if I was gettin the correct ones.. He was WAYYY cheaper than anywhere else. Dave be smokin Em on the prices on yukon ****. I went ahead and got Em cause I'll end up with erry thing yukon and have THA lifetime warrenty. That's all I care bout. Just a lil piece of mind, that's not to hard to ask for is it?

I was wondering about this, Im glad you brought it up Jon.

I will probably just go with what ever is the cheapest or if I do a "solid front end kit" may just stick with them

I just cant justify 50-75$ more for one 35 spl vs another for a 60 :dunno:

I just bought chromo outers and flanges from sunfire off road. Very good pricing and that's even with tax I had to pay since he is in Indiana with me.

Re:

Solid and trail gear have the best prices on drive slugs. I'll end up with the solids when it comes line to order.

I have an issue with the Solids. That is what I have and have modified them. They are held in place by a huge snap ring. Larger than anything in my Matco kit. It would be very hard to remove them on the trail if needed. I threw those snap rings away and replaced them with the 360 rings from Warn Hubs.

I haven't researched it that much just yet.

But I agree, best to get something with a warranty

Sounds like solids may not be the way to go.

Let me retract my previous statement and change it to: I will probably go with whatever is cheapest and has a warranty thumb.gif

Im not sure if they have them for yoder axles(which the sammy is on iirc) or if you wanted to keep your lockouts, but RCV is making a 300m kit for the dana 44/60 lock outs. I remember reading somewhere that they consider them just as strong as the drive slugs/flanges.

Ecgs use a different style large snap ring, makes three revolutions in the groove. Easy to remove by working one end out with flat head screwdriver, and walking the rest out.

Here is the type of internal ring you can get if the Warns get lost or break.

I love my CTM's
Ran Warns before with no issues.
With the backspacing I'm running, all the others stick out 1/2" +/- which I didn't like.
