Drive shaft help. Trying to find some parts to put drive line back together and can't get things to match up.

I broke this #1 "flange yoke"

Which attaches front drive shaft to this #2

Measurements on #2 bolt holes are approximately
Length 2 11/16
Height. 2 1/4
diagonally 3 1/2

Odd shaped joint also has inside snap rings
Caps diameter 1.23 in
Snap rings dim 2.06
Total Length 3.10 in

If I can find a new 1330 or 1350 flange yoke with same mounting holes I will go ahead and get a new drive shaft made

Re: drive shaft problemd

I running a Toyota transfer case. The front shaft is a 2 piece shaft. The last picture I posted is the flange that is welded to the front of the pillow block. I have some toy driveshafts laying around and the mounting flange and even the joint "looks" exactly like what u have they are just a lil to small. Guy at the parts store said he could cross my joint over and find a joint that will work but could def not help with the flange yoke. I was hoping I could find a more common 1330 or 1350 flange yoke to adapt to it and just redo my driveshaft. May have to cut the plate off and start over with new mounting plate and all.

This is the Toyota drive shaft joint replacement. Looks just like it butcaps are too small and the flange yoke they are in iisnt big enough for holes to match up.

I have a tote full of toyota flanges and yokes, when i get home today i'll pull it out and see if any of them are like what you have there

Tried to get some better accurate measurement s of the flange bolt pattern with a tape and then with digital
2 11/16 or 68.5 mm
2 3/16. 55.2 mm
3 9/16 diagonally 87.5 mm could be closed to 3 7/16 hard to tell

Guy at Northern drivetrain has been trying to figure it out all afternoon

Are you measuring to the inside edges of the holes or approximating the middle? Or the outside edges?

Well none of my yoke flanges are quite the right. my parts are all mini, 40/55, or 60/62 stuff , the 60/62 flanges were the closest. muddinmetal may be right about it being a 80 series part. It def looks just like a yota u-joint

Got in touch with guy that built the buggy. Its from a 1 1/4 ton military truck. Told me to check at Boyce Military surplus online and they will have what I need

Fj 80 joint is bigger. Approximately the same size as a 1350. (actually a bit bigger)

As in the old M715?

Have Mo call Nathan at custom fab. He has one at the shop that's only good for parts.

Ended up being from a Dodge M37 drive shaft.
Ordered a replacement flange yoke and joint from Boyce equipment then found some on eBay for half price. Went ahead and got 2 spares.
