• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

drive shaft

I have built a few 100 of them  Never use anything but DOM tubing if you want it to last. Most of the rock crawler shafts we built were .120 wall but if the customer wanted we would step it up to .188 or even .250 wall. Brian with Lucky Dog racing has been running shafts I built for him two years ago in his comp. rig's and has never broke one, I have had to re-tube a couple for him but it was because they had been bent on the rocks from jumping. Don't let someone build you a shaft using Spicer tubing it is seemed tubing, wont last long in a rig that gets used hard.
