Drive w/o intercooler?

Will I do any damage to my 12 valve if I drive it from one side of my drive way to the other with the intercooler out of the truck?

I'm thinking it will be ok , but I would rather be safe than sorry.

It'll be just fine.. people blow the boots off of those things all the time. that's no different.

I wouldn't worry about it as long as it doesn't get dirty air or parts of broken whatever in the intake you should be fine, I have driven a few miles home with a blown off boot.
