thanks to the jeep guys who helped me off of the stump today. i really appreciate it.
i took my friend mike up to reiter today, and one of the first things we did was head up towards the radio towers. there is a trail a short way up that road that goes over towards the sand chasm, and i tried to take it. i didnt want to go thru the big puddle, so i tried to go around thru the narrower trail by driving over a fair sized (and mostly hidden) stump. well, i slipped off to the right and got hung up on my front crossmember
. if you ask me, with a stock unlocked yota, thats about as stuck as you can get. fortunately some jeeps cam out of that trail and tried to pull me off. these were some pretty well built jeeps, too, and they couldnt budge me. fortunately, one of them had a hi-lift, so we put that under my front bumper, lifted, and just drove it off. i really need a hi-lift.
