how much to drill and tap some aluminum for wyatt? 1" fine thread in the end of 8 links, 16 holes?

I try to stay out of "extra" machining but that's pretty simple. It'll cost a naked pic of your wife or his or both together! pepper.gif

I'm assuming 1"-12 but just send one of the rod ends with the links and I'll verify. I'm also assuming you want left on one end and right on the other?

exactly.

We've gotten a few qoutes, and at this point are shopping around. Kelly has a big enough lathe, but we haven't invested in the tap and dies for that large.

True, but how much without wife pics? Cause I'm sure you dont want to see mine naked, and not knocking kelly, but you prolly dont want to see her naked either. Now if I had some of mine like 5 years ago, another story. :flipoff1:

I'm sure I'll be needing parts searching and tech help when I start my buggy.

I wonder on a daily basis, why. but then I see my clothes are clean, and I get a homecooked meal a few times a week. And a baby boy that is the ****. Then it kinda makes up for everything else. Plus I couldn't afford **** if it weren't for her having an income as well.

wyatt wonders every day. I wonder why every hour or 2. especially when I talk to girls when I'm out at the bar and see what ass I could be pulling. Oh well, mine is okay some days and humps me sometimes and still has great boobs and is smart. where was I going with that?

are you going to single point it or go old school and run a tap up and down it?

I'm just drilling and tapping for heims? Won't be any up and down it....just drill it...tap it.....ship it. I might dress em up with some nice chamfers and such just cause I want in you pants....especially since you're working out!

I meant run a tap through the hole to make the threads, or do you have a single point on your lathe where you can cut right and left at any tpi with a few clicks and beeps.
