Early 90's Jeep Vacuum Diagram?

Anybody got one for the vacuum actuator on the front axle/transfer case/etc. I seem to have something backwards cause it actuates when engine is running.

I wonder if the vaccum is pushin instead of pulling or vice versa.

All's I know it don't work right. So if I can see a diagram maybe that will help. I do have one of those Chilton repair manuals and it doesn't have shiat for a diagram in there.
