up on the mtn at the awards deal on sunday they said 21 started and 5 finished.
didn't even have to run till the 1030pm end time. all the rigs that were ABLE to finish were off the course quite a bit before that.
we ate it hard early. 2.5 forward rolls off of underestimated on lap 1. started to drop in, thought we were good to go, and a millisecond later ole murphy reached out and grabbed us by the ballz. that little ride ****in sucked. hard.
took almost an hour to get it back on all 4 wheels, and rolled it 2 more times in the process.
spent a couple hours trying to get the motor running again.
got it running and at the bottom of the hill ran into Todd Puckett busted and in need of a 1350 u-joint. jimmy's buggy has 1 in the intermediate driveshaft, and we elected to sacrifice it to help mr puckett out. we were on lap 1 and he was on his last lap. turns out the sacrifice paid off, and mr puckett finished 2nd.
good news, didn't lose the spare tire this time. LOL. even after almost 5 rolls.
bad news, did bust another damn sway bar.
