Actually, it was the DNR's (and maybe ours as well) idea to use that train car as a bridge first.The DNR engineer said no, with no real good explanation as to why that I ever heard. Other than he/she felt it wasn't up to the task.for all I know, the engineer didn't like it because it wasn't their idea or because it was ugly as hell in current condition.
