esc problem

hey, i hooked up a traxxas xl5 esc with a traxxas reciever to my ax-10 and now it goes faster in reverse than going forward. is this normal or did i do something wrong? :scratchhead:

sounds like you've got it reversed. I know with my NOVAK you could program it either direction. check your manual to be sure your wires aren't crossed.

theirs another problem, i got it from my friends roommate and i don't have the manual.

you can look the manual up at traxxas.com try switching your motor wires abound
