Well I was trying to pull together a few buds to go up there saturday as my birthday is the next week and the girly works saturday so I am free. It would be the first trip up in the Sammy as well. I am not too sure what all the Sammy will do but if you want you can hitch up with us

Not too sure just yet we normally meet at 410 cafe but most of the guys I have called are busted or will be out of town. Still working on a few of them but I will be up there anyway to see if I can hook up with anybody. I most likely will be there by 10 as I work nights so its tuff to get up in the am.

Ok so it me and a buddy in my rig and should be there around 9 to 9:30 depending on how fast the 1.3 can get me up that road.

Caught up with Jaydog and his group. Promptly proceeded to break the shifter off shortly after hopping on the 197. Short first day out

Short day also here. Front lunch box locker went climbing through the rock outcrop on the 520. I think it was caused from the bad luck attained from breaking my mirror on the lower 520 earlier that morning. The snow was cool though
We ran the 197, 198, 520, 311 and were loaded up by 2:30, it was a good time, I think I winched up JKZ Motorsports group now that I look at the thread, vehicles match their description. We'll have to hit it again when you get your shifter glued back on

Any pics of the trip? A few buddies and I are planning on heading up next weekend. 2 of us were gonna go today but one is waiting for a new top for his Jeep.

Mud. Snow at the higher elevations.
The snow got slick if you spun a tire or so. The heavier rigs seem to do a lot better.
