Eastern Washington Off Road- Naches Pass Day Run Report

Saturday July 29th, 2006 we meet up at the Wood Sled on Hwy 410 and convoyed to the Naches Pass trail. We started at 1913 and headed west to the end. The trail had a lot of traffic but we made some good time. Here are some of the pictures of the run I took.

I think it was at this road crossing the trail started getting real good.

The very last part had a good drop. There were two by passes. I went all the way to the left and it was tight through the trees. Tiny drop down on the right. I thing that was the trail years ago.

Test Dummy took the by pass in the middle and it didn't work to well. He had a hard time making the corner.

This was a great run. It would be a lot of fun to run the trail back up from road 70 all the way across some day.

Rock on Ceg. I just read that writeup at the cegRanch site but it is totally worth it to read again. I finally got to wheel my Junk this weekend. (Just a little run), but someday the I hope we can hook up withe either the AWORC or WUD wheelers. The Tamers had a blast when we went with a cycle group on memorial day.

Sorry I missed this run.

I would have been there for sure especially with Just Internationals being there but I still need to replace my r. Dshaft and no $ so here I sit .

Was it rough going or a little easier. When i get my rear end locked and my 34's i wanna put my truck to the test since it sonly seen local wheeling spots and i think naches is the place. Great pics Ceg. DOnt forget to post on CWO!

I am hoping to run that trail again some time is Sept or Oct. It will be a camping trip. I hope to be able to have a camp fire.

Posted on CWO now! It was an easy run but we didn’t climb back up. That would be a lot of fun. It may add a few dents coming up the first part.

Looks like a good time. Tiny might want to invest in some front cage parts. :corn:
