f150 fuel inj. problems

help i have a 1990 f150 300-6cyl. fuel inj. wont start unless you spray gas in the plenum then it runs and starts fine until you let it sit for a period of time. i know get a chevy loose the problem

There is an air by-pass valve that will open the butterfly a bit for air.
