Any news on this one John? Had a couple folks trying to see if it will work out with work scheduling and asked when and where it would be. Thought I would post here and see if you had decided anything yet.

Nope, but time to do something. I'll post up next week when I an back in town. Harlan would be fun again, but have a lot less participation. AOP would be good, but open every weekend I think, so not exclusive like HPO was. Throw up some ideas here on Easyline.

I like to go to new places, but Harlan would always be an option for me. Place was titties and I didn't get to hit all that I wanted to. I've never been to Superlift and it has great pictures.....8 hours for me, closer to 9 for Birmingham folks.

For more local places....how is Hollytree? Never been there, but seen some videos. How about Golden Mountain? Bout 4 hours from me 5 or so from Birmingham.

i know people are worried about riding all day for 72 straight hours, but reality needs to kick in. I bitch about not getting started more than most people do. I didn't eat lunch and got back late and still only logged about 4.5 hours of riding per day. A lot of the time was helping winch, sitting around bullshitting and just trying to rally the troops from time to time. In my opinion, which means very little, we should focus on 8 really good hours of riding. If the park has 8 solid hours of trails, then the park should be considered. Might even be better to hit a smaller park trail wise with a bigger group due in part to the nature of the ride (i.e. sitting around and getting to know new faces)

Let's go to the Great American Park! Oh, wait...... :wtflol:

Damn. That would be EPIC though...

As for dates. PLEASE post up as soon as you have an idea. Cause the fall is PACKED with events, I definitely wanna get this ride in. But dang, I already got alotta weekends booked in the fall, and then there's foolsball and porn to have to juggle.

How about the weekend of August 20th. Thinking Golden Mountain. Hollytree **** on Hardline a long time ago, may go there sometime, but not as a Hardline ride. Hale does not have RV access. I have ridden Hot Springs ORV, if I go that far west, I think I would want to go on to Clayton, which we could do as a small ride, too far for a sucessful Hardline Ride.

How does the date look, before football (barely) and an open weekend on Hardline calendar.

I don't care either way. I wanna go anywhere Ben bone is gonna be.. :woot: my nigga. ... I'm dying to hit hale, we can do that some other time.. I have heard a lot of good things about golden mountain. Really not sure why have not been there. Keep in mind I also know my opinion is worth less than the penny. I'm just high and figured I would ramble. :****: Hope all y'all havin a better week than I am. I got ****ed over with an acct. a big one. That's another story. Anyways can't wait to ride. If I have to steal fuel to get there I'll make it. See u guys... You to kel.. :smoke:

Okay, Plan on the August 20th date. Works good to get out of the way before football. Plus it should be hot as **** with 100% humidity :fish:

Depending on when school starts back I should be in on the 20th and never been to Golden Mnt :driving:

IRON GAP!
We rode there a few weekends ago, sure was nice to get back down in there. Not the same though, not gettin to wheel all the hard stuff. If I'm free, I'm always down for an Iron Gap Trip.

They are logging at the top and 3/4 of the trail leading down the mtn could just about be driven in a car now.

What's iron gap. For real I don't know about it.

Kush lets go riding next weekend

Winchester, TN. Great riding property. Some/most is trespassing. But, been a local spot for years. Locals try to keep information about it off the internet, and we have tried to do that on Hardline. Normally call it private property if pics are posted. Google Earth "Iron Gap Road Winchester, TN" for location.

Ben, you would **** a golden turd after getting down in those creek beds! The absolute best hardcore crawling place I've ever been to!

To go one further with Google Maps, search for "Community Lane, Belvidere, TN", as that is the exact spot where everyone parks.

Hell, let's go next weekend! :****: :eat: :eat: :eat: :eat:

Gotta do the break in service on the Rock-Ranger either this weekend or next week, and I'll be ready.
