Follow Up from the Meetings

I was not there last night or I would of discussed this, but we need to start assigning actions to members from the meeting so we can get things done. For example, if we vote a member in we then need to decide how and who is going to ask them to join. Same thing if we are inviting prospective members to rides, assign a person to invite them so it does not slip through the cracks. Since I missed last night who is going to contact Jamie, and then invite Greg to the ride. If nobody has invited Greg yet, I will ask him. Also, it sounds like P is handling the logistics for Monteagle, is that right?

I have contacted Greg about Monteagle and our interest in him as a member... I think he pretty much knew about that.


I have contacted Jimmy about guiding us in Monteagle, you already posted the Hotel stuff...


RB needs to contact Jamie, he said he would, I mentioned that last night to him.

I am not worried, I am guilty of it too. We have made decisions in the past about inviting folks to this or that and then never told the person. Doh

I gave Jamie and Amie the news last night. They're very excited. Jamie said he's going to try for Monteagle and will commit by the deadline, I'm pretty sure he'll be in.
