Food Dehydrator?

Do you have one? if so do you like it? What kind do you have? Would you recommend it? Is it big? Can it handle 5lbs of beef at a time or more? ???

Here is the deal. I make beef jerky for fun; but.....

Every time I make a batch and someone samples it they want to pay me to make them some. I have a small dehydrator but it is to small for large batches. I cut up 3lbs of beef the other day which required me to make 2 batches.

I would like some recommendations for a larger unit that someone here has experience with if any?

Oh and any legal issues with reselling is not needed! Obama said I could as long as I gave him a pound a month! :flipper: :flipper:

I think mine is from Wal Mart, has a thermostat and does a pound a batch roughly. 5 rings I think. I'd like larger, but have not done it for a long time anyway.
