First of all has anybody converted there automatic hubs to manual?

Secondly does anybody know the best place to buy the conversion kit and the hubs for fairly cheap?

I just went to napa and for both wheels it was going to be 275 bucks and i was like WTF i thought the manual hubs were cheaper

Mine have been giving me crap for a long time and out at moses lake i lost 4 wheel drive all together so time to replace them with somthing more reliable

Go to pull-a-part and get the hubs, spindle and axle shafts. Thats what you'll need. I assume it's a ttb35?

Yep its the TTB35 (what a POS it is too)

Cant you just do the hubs or do you have to get new shafts too?

I may be wrong, about the shafts now that I think about it. I had a dana 27 ttb and had to swap the shafts because of length on the stub shaft I think. Try the rangerstation.com, they have some good info over there.

went to the ranger station and looked around good instructions on how to do it but i dont see where people have bought there kits before
