Cole and I are making an effort to get some of the guys that P ran off back on the boards. Nolen and Joel are already back, hopefully Wyatt and HotRod will come back also.

I want to have a discussion about action to take against P if he says something to piss someone off or run them off again. I think we need to heavily moderate any posts he makes and if it is out of line move it or edit it. I also think he gets one more chance, and if he does something again we just ban him and be done with it. He does not have access to the member forums anymore, and he has not had admin rights for a long time.

Thoughts, suggestions, ideas?

I agree, I would like to see the board get back to where it was before all these guys started leaving.

If he does it again, get with me by phone. I have no issues calling him up or emailing him our feelings. I do not feel banning him without a heartfelt conversation is the correct thing to do to a past member.

Hey Matt, everything is good here. I'm gonna give it another shot. My wife will have to trust me, and give this thing a shot. I feel like I can make a difference in peoples lives. It would be nice for my family to be able to browes the site without seeing nudity, but maybe that will go away? Anyway I've really missed being a part of the board. I'm sorry if it caused problems. I for sure don't mean to be a drama maker. I needed the time off though. I'll check my status tomorrow, and I'll come aboard. Thanks Matt.

Imiss the old days of coming here to see new industry info and seeing what everyone is doin inthe wheelin or racing world. Lately it seems there is a lot of random crap that I've been uninterested in. I haven't been posting much due to being busy but I still lurk a good bit

Looks like we got just about everyone back, still waiting on Rodney but that is it. I think this will go a long way to reviving the boards. Thanks Cole for the help.
