front dig/ rear steer

it is against the rules for a comp 2.2 rig to have rear steer, but you can use a rear dig option any time you like? do I have this right?

this seems silly to me. one is OK, and the other is NOT. WTF?:eeek:

It's no different the pro mod and unlimited. You can have front dig and no rear steer

You can dig with either axle but you cannot have rear steer...
