front link mounting question...

Is there any reason why it would not be good to mount my front lower links to the same crossmember as my rear links?

The only reason I could think of was a single point of failure for all four links. By that time though...

The closer the body-side mounts for each pair (upper and lower on a side,) the better the pinion angle during articulation.
