Fuel cell for dummies

Bought a tj that has no gas tank. Looking to by a fuel cell for it. Summit racing has a 16gal that I'm interested in. Can pump and sending unit be installed in the cell? What lines and fittings are needed?

get on pirate 4x4 and look up ultimate wrangler build up and theres a section in that thread all about putting a fuel cell in a tj
