Fuel Cell leak?

Hey guys, I was running the buggy the other day and I noticed a leak of fuel coming from the return line fitting in the fuel cell. There look like a white nylon insert and then an AN fitting that is some how installed into the cell. I attached a link to my cell that I have. I took the line off and tried to see if I could tighten the AN into the nylon and it appears to be stripped out. Is this possible? Is there replacement nylon inserts? Ideas? It

the nylon is a washer you need to get a wrench on the inside of the tank

Exactly and if that cell still have the D ring bail cap it's easy to get a hand in there to hold the nut.
