'87 Toy 22RE, the engine is loaded with these little elec. connectors that have a square plug-in. There is a retainer snapring type clip that holds the plugs together. Ex. the electrial plugs for the fuel injectors. Now my question is , how do you get them off without breaking them or spending a few min. each plug with a knife or screwdriver and pry the spring down then pull the plug. Is there a cool little tool for removeing the clips? If so, where can you buy one?

Arent they the standard plugs that you just push down on the metal wire and pull the plug off?

I have. As soon as the plastic breaks and the clip becomes useless, they slip right off. I can't remember ever seeing a car without at least one of those things bustedskrause said:
