Fuel lines?

Ok so I am hooking up the fuel lines and I just want to be sure that I do it right or if there even is a right or wrong. Out of my 2001 4.3l V6 there is 2 hard fuel lines that come out of the intake and run aft and have the female fittings on the ends. My tank has 2 AN fittings on the top. 2 questions?

Do both the tank fittings have a pickup? If not how do I know what one does?

And what hard line on the motor is the return line and what one is the pressure line?

IDN how gm stuff works, But by and large most efi systems ive seen have a larger feed and smaller return on both the cell and engine.

The line with the fuel pressure test port on it is the supply line....it is the larger of the two.
