:haha: :haha: That's what every one I took it to said. It's a fuel system reservior. It goes between the gas tank and the fuel pump mounted on the frame rail and is used to keep the motor from starving for fuel during extreme manuevers. I guess my local Ford dealer will have to be called.

only place i found one was the dealer. about 50 bucks if i remember right.

Yeah, I pick mine up tomorrow morning. $57

it is actually an aereator. removes any air from the system and sends it back to the tank. Yes, ford only.
