full hydro reservoir

I bought a trail gear full hydro steering kit and the reservoir and filter unit they supplied is too big to fit in the ebgube compartment if my samurai. I have found a nice one from psc that has the filter inside the reservoir all in one small canister, but its kinda pricey. Before I spend the money is there anything else y'all would go with or anything you've done that you wish was different?

Im sure you can sell your reservoir on here no problem. Speedway motors has some not so pricey reservoirs you can check out

Krc's are to bad priced either. Some of you big block Chevys had external reservoirs also, might luck out in a junk yard on one of those
