I didnt really have a choiceThey only offered one type of pads for a 1975 CJ-5 axle soooo im stuck with what i got o well its not that big of a deal, my old ones were also riveted and my drums werent grooved at all really but thanks for the tip i will try and get ahold of some glued next time if i can
