ya, i've set up a few, just hadn't seen it like this on the first try before. I took some more out of the pinion (only have two very thin ones in now) and it still looks deep, and there is only a small shim left on the carrier side that would pull it away from the pinion. And I don't have the proper tools to pull the carrier bearings without destroying them. Should have bought some setup bearings:looser: I think I am going to try pulling all the shims out of the pinion again, but i feel it was running too far on the outside of the ring gear when i did that... :eeek:
