I started with nothing but the slinger, and it was giving me a pattern close to what i was getting now with a tiny shim behind the slinger... I have a bearing puller, but i am afraid that if I used it on the carrier bearings it would destroy the shims I think I will try again tonight with the slinger out and a smaller shim in it's place to start. And no, they're not Dana gears, I got Pukons:redneck: .
