Looks like there is something wrong but probably not a bent housing. If the housing were bent the pattern should be consistant. My guess is ring gear not seated, bent pinion, bad carrier and or bearings, carrier mooving side to side while checking the pattern....something along those lines. Someone needs to check for runout of all these things with a dial indicator, shouldn't be hard to find.
