I am thinking of going to cheater tires. :flipoff1: I have 6.0/700r4/203/205 5.13 gears 44 tizzles now. Aired down there around 41.5'' tall. How tall does the average 39 bfg red measure on a 8-9'' wheel? Yall think my gearing will be way to low or perfect? Need some input. Thanks in advance.

True 39" on an 8" wheel off the rig at 10 psi.... Are you dead set on reds?

I like the gearing you are at, if I had a manual valve body I'd never look back. Plus you don't have to be in double low all the time.

Im thinking reds so It will set a lil lower and not be as bad on parts as the 43 sx. 700r4 has rmvb

Do it ! I love my reds. You won't ever have to be in double low again unless you just want to just crazy crawl something. but you'll definitely have to change your driving style!

Interco has some blem 42x17 irok stickies right now. There is nothing wrong with reds, but you could probably get the iroks quicker and cheaper

I watched a set of sx stickies walk all over a set of red labels at harlan this weekend. I wasn't impressed with the red labels.

molaugh molaugh molaugh :wtflol:

I hate when people compare the two. They each are at home in their own habitat. On any sort of exposed rock, there is no sticky tire made that will walk all over a red label, period. I don't say this because I own a set, I say this because I've rode with about every other sticky tire out there and seen em all first hand.

I think you'll like the lower gearing from a smaller tire because the tires will do so much more of the work, you won't need wheel speed! I will measure my tires when I get a chance and let you know. :dblthumb:
