Getting in shape for KOH

Thats right Im gonna be a badass! The kids got a Wii for Xmas. Im playing every sport there is till KOH. Need some ibuprofin for now but Im getting there!

I have yet to play a Wii, heard they're awesome and physical injury is possible. Sounds like a good time!

Better Becareful Brian, there has been a ton of people get hurt playing WII. They are a blast but it's funny hearing all the stories of people who have been seriously hurt playing them.

Yeah the kids got one also. They are a riot. I want one, but it'd be used very little after a few months
