GM syncromesh in trans??

Has anybody tried the GM syncromesh manual transmission fluid? When I had my STI this fluid is highly used in the Suby community because of smoother shifting and it is good to the syncro's. Got some and was thinking of putting it in I figured it can't hurt since my trans is on a down hill spiral anyway. Forgot it is 80w.

synchromesh will work, but you'll find that Redline MT90 or MTL will shift much nicer.

I was just going to try the syncormesh since I already have it. I will be putting it in when I get back from Cali in two weeks..
