thinking of making a day trip to golden mountain this Saturday. Never been there before so hoping to hook up with couple people that knows the place. hit me up if anybody's down 937-243-two nine two five going to call in the morning make sure they will be open

If it's rained and been as cold as it has here in LC I bet it'll be spin fest on any trail.

ya don't know how fast the place drys out. drizzled all day yesterday and rained pretty much all day today here in carthage.

I've been to GMP 4 days after a rain and it was still a spin fest. That place is unholy when it comes to rain.

X2 black dirt and limestone. Tough/impossible when it's wet.

Swing on down to Windrock. Got a few to hit there. Muddy....but ya got a chance on most of it.

I might old lady is driving down from ohio so was wanting to make a day trip someplace close. gmp is only 45 minutes from the house and also the buggy is on its last leg. will be its last trip before the tear down if I doesn't explode on me at the park. gonna be its first trip on stickies so see if I cant finally get my front ring and pinion to explode. run it till it doesn't move anymore.. im going to ponder on windrock might make the trip if I can get hooked up with a few people.

Just a midget in my front diff with a hammer has lasted all yearso far so im at the point of thinking it cant be broken should be fine.

There is enough at Golden mountain to run around on with the old lady. And a jeep on its last leg.

I would still go if I were you. You can make it to see the hard stuff at least if you are itching to get out.

Anychance I might be able to tag along? What trails you thinking Tony? Who all is riding? You know me I don't want to be the third little wheel!!! I know it is still going to be wet and cold so winching won't be fun. I don't mind waiting a few weeks. But let me know. Saturday looks like a good day to ride.
