PSC rocks the **** as always, love those guys. Sent them pics of my setup and the problems I was having. He told me right off that the 2" bore ram was not big enough for my setup and it was making the pump work at extremely high pressure. He also said if it has been doing that for a long time then the pump will probably need a rebuild. New ram with a single clevis end is in route! He can also re-work my HOWE pump for about half the price of a new TC pump. May do that if the ram does not get me 100% right. Shipping out today, to me by Wed, on before this weekend!!!!

Which ram is it ?? :dunno:

I think with a steering quickner and some hi steer arms so my tierod was up higher Id be 100% content with my setup..

Its a PSC pump and resy kit/ and single ended ram.

I also love those lil bellow thingy's they sell. I've got them on my diffs and one on my Tcase :afro:

I had a 2x8 farm ram, I am going with a 2.5"x8 SE ram with a single clevis end so I can mount it up the same way with no fabrication required. I also have the center limit to re-install behind the axle mounted heim. This will give me a chance to change out the fluid and filter and get it all right. This way I can tell if the pump is part of the problem or not...

paul, if you move your rod to high steer you can drill your holes back at 6" instead of the 8ish" on the factory knuckle. you would have to limit your ram, but it would quicken you considerably and give you more power.

Cool deal. Never had a problem with PSC service or parts for that matter. Not as "bling" as some other vendors but i can argue with parts that work and their prices are very reasonable. That buggy deserves better than a farm ram anyway. pepper.gif

I agree, I am glad that they nailed it down to the ram as PRIMARY problem and not the pump. A lot of vendors start throwing money at problems before you even tell them what is going on. PSC does the opposite and that is cool

The billows things. I ordered 4 through Poly. 2 of them looked like the tip had been melted. I called Poly, they said take a pic and send it, and guess what. Near immediate replacement.

Poly is great...
