I'm actually emailing back and forth. I faxed in the company info and pics of shop and tools on monday. I've talked to him a few times and confirmed that they got the fax with his secretary on tuesday. I'm on the phone with them, I think being a 1 man show is hard on him getting to the paperwork part.
