good price on 4 new 39.5 Irok tires?

well i've been looking around and the best price i've found so far was about $1120 shipped to marysville, after military discount... which just eliminates tax. price was from 4 wheel parts

i'm trying to buy 39.5x13.5x15 super swamper iroks...

i finally sold my 35's! yeah! now i need to buy the new tires.

When they were on sale this winter I could have snagged a set from 4wp for $940 but that is going to oregon and picking up w/ no sales tax. IIRC they were $260 a tire with a $100 discount off the whole purchase

That's a GOOD price. Best I could do would be $1146.75 /w freight and tax.
