I have not figured out how to save photobucket vids to anything other than the original PB location

http://vid90.photobucket.com/albums/k277/bbradley54/CAOS%20March%20Workday/BarbieJeepRace.flv there is the file location.. should be able to save or open it in media player ;D

in photobucket right click on the page to "view source" then scroll down about 1/3 of all that mumbo jumbo and look for this

<form action="" name="formFullView" id="formFullView" method="post">
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="action" id="action" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="degrees" id="degrees" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="size" id="size" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="mediaWidth" id="mediaWidth" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="mediaHeight" id="mediaHeight" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="mediaURL" id="mediaURL" value="/player.swf?file=http://vid90.photobucket.com/albums/k277/bbradley54/CAOS%20March%20Workday/BarbieJeepRace.flv"> <THERE IS YOUR FILE

<input type="hidden" name="mediaType" id="mediaType" value="video">
<input type="hidden" name="mediaDescription" id="mediaDescription" value="Barbie Jeep Race">
<input type="hidden" name="albumTheme" id="albumTheme" value="Gray">
</div>

well after looking at the code vs the actual file name it looks as if you can take the "?action=view&current=" out of the address and it should give you the file name.. See what I mean below.

http://s90.photobucket.com/albums/k277/bbradley54/CAOS%20March%20Workday/?action=view&current=BarbieJeepRace.flv <page address

http://s90.photobucket.com/albums/k277/bbradley54/CAOS%20March%20Workday/BarbieJeepRace.flv <file name

That should be alot easier than having to search the source code.

Matt just pointed out the file ext. for these movies PB must convert them over to a flash format. You can go to adobe.com and find a flash player that will play them once they are saved.. I'm gonna look for a converter that will convert them back to .mpg or .avi files.
