Got up this morning and loaded the Samurai up. Couldn't find a rig to go with me so off I went. Got my buddy Joe to tag along and he was giddy the whole time. Got to the top and checked out the lake and killer view of Mt. Rainer. I learned today that I still hate carburetors and I need tcase gears...bad. Please note im keeping it OG with the Got Rocks shirt.

Looks fun.. I've been meaning to get up there someday. Looks like a good place to fish.

back to the thread now

Great pics of a great place. No crowds and thousands of boats cluttering those pics. Looks like a great weekend :awesomework:

I would love to come up with ya if I had time next weekend..... Looks like a good laid back trail..

I dunno if it would be worth it to you. It takes 45-60 minutes to get up there. Only two technical sections. But man is the vie up there awesome:cool:

There is more to wheelin than wheelin :awesomework: I have not lost my roots to the beginning and still love to just put along.. Kinda like doing the nachies wagon trail--not hard but a good trail to just put along and enjoy whats outside the rig...

So is anyone heading up there this weekend? Thinking about watching the mess at evans and heading up to the lake later in the day?

You are welcome for that sweet turn around spot at the end of the trail by the beaver pond. I got suckered into that one last weekend and had fun turning around, it called for a little work. :redneck:

I was pissed. So happy im in a Samurai and not a Toyota

We should be up there after the fun run or sooner if its a big mess. I'll keep an eye out for the samurai, stop by if you see a bunch of ford's up there.
